Can laser treatments be combined with an eyelid crease?

Most resurfacing and tightening lasers can work around a settled crease when timing, depth, and eye protection are planned properly.

People who maintain a double eyelid often also want laser care for fine lines and pigment around the eyes. The two are not mutually exclusive — they just need sequencing.

Fresh scars remodel for months, so energy devices near a recent incision are usually deferred until the tissue has settled. On a mature crease, superficial resurfacing of surrounding skin generally does not disturb the fixation, and corneal shields protect the eye during treatment.

Suitable devices and intervals vary by skin type, scar maturity, and treatment goal. Have the practitioner who knows your surgical history consult on the plan, or bring your operative record to the laser clinic before booking.
